Working with the past tense 

We have been working with the past tense. We watched this video and came up with a story in the past tense! First we discussed the verbs we could use in the present tense and made them into sentences. Then we put the verbs into the past tense, working as a team.

In small groups we watched videos together on the national geographic website for kids.

Then we talked about what was happening in the video and described the animals.

We asked Amy questions if we did not know the vocabulary.
